Pink Flamingo Hunt

- Guidelines: Take selfies with all 10 pink flamingos wearing flower leis hidden around Salamander and lodge! Show your selfies at the Special Events window in the lobby to claim your prize! Prizes are limited, so we recommend starting early.

- Guidelines: Snow Volleyball will be set up for use throughout the day.

Decorated Cardboard Box Race (NEW THIS YEAR!)*
- Event Time: 11 am – 12:30 pm
- Check In Time: 10:45 am
- Location: Top First Flurries
- Registration: Special Events Office 9:00 am
- Guidelines: Get creative! Decorate a cardboard box however you would like then participate in a short race down the mountain! Prizes awarded for creativity and speed. Decoration contest will be judged first. Adult and kids (12 and under) categories will be judged separately. Following the Decoration Contest, participants will take their box to the race starting line. Please note participants will be required to hike a short distance up the slope.
Only two riders per box, and they must be in the box when they reach the finish line. Only riders may push the boxes. Box must have at least 3 sides and bases can only be constructed with cardboard and tape. For everyone’s safety, “snow tubes” or hard cardboard concrete forms are not allowed to be used as a base.

- Registration: Special Events Office 9:30am – 12:45 pm or until capacity is reached (capacity TBA). $5 registration fee.
- Guidelines: Win prizes for making it across our pool on your skis or snowboard! Registration required. $5 registration fee. Space is limited (capacity TBA). All ages welcome!

- Guidelines: Find a dive ring on the mountain and bring it back to the Groups window in the lobby for a prize! (limit one per person)
Pool Noodle Limbo

- Guidelines: How low can you go? Test your limbo skills by competing to get the lowest on your skis or snowboard to win prizes! All ages welcome!
Costume Contest

- Guidelines: Dress festive to win prizes! All ages welcome! Adult and kids categories will be judged separately.
