To participate in skiing or snowboarding at Timberline Mountain, participants should download and refer to our waiver release form.
Skiing / Snowboarding Waiver
Minor participants (under the age of 18) not accompanied by a parent or legal guardian may print this and have their parent or legal guardian sign it in advance.
If you are participating with a group or purchasing a season pass of any type, please print and sign this waiver and bring it to our Ticketing and Information Windows.
